Ever notice this problem? The blue bags are wider than our blue bins, so they fit only floppily inside. A breeze can make the top fold over on itself, so that when people throw towels into the bin, they miss the bag.
To fix this, first pull the bag taut between two of the clamps, and then twist up the loose bit that remains on the un-taut side…
…then use a third clamp to clamp that twisted up bit to the side of the bin.
Voila! The bag now tightly fits the bin and all the towels go where they belong.
